Jimmy Spencer and His Remarks about Dale Earnhardt At The Nascar Preview.
Hello everyone I guess you all figured that my rant for this session was going to be about Jimmy Spencer and the remarks he made about Dale Earnhardt at this years Winston Cup Preview which is a charity event which is named after T. Wayne Robertson who came up for the idea of the event. T. Wayne died tragically 3 years ago in a boating accident. Dale Earnhardt did not attend the Preview for the second straight year, Dale did not attend the event last year because of surgery that he had on his neck. The reason why Dale did not attend the event this year was because of a contract that he signed to test the Corvette that he and Dale, Jr. would be driving at the Rolex 24 at Daytona International raceway. Dale informed those who run the Winston Cup Preview in November that he would not be attending the event this year so that he could test at Daytona. He did this so that Dale, Jr. would be able to attend the event instead. Jimmy Spencer who was a close friend of Robertson's became very angry that Dale Earnhardt did not come and then started to go on a tyraid of explicits. The following are quotes made by Jimmy Spencer about Dale Earnhardt curtousy of INSIDE TRACK. "Don't forget who made the sport what it is," began an angry Spencer when asked how he felt about the absence of a particular driver. "T. Wayne Robertson came up with many ideas and then people don't show up for the thing. That's pretty bad, it really is. If a person's sick...or something, that's one thing, but we knew about this thing three-and-a-half, four months ago. "He (Earnhardt)has got more money than anybody in this room, all of us put together," added Spencer, who was getting madder and madder as he talked. "But how did the b*****d get it all? He got it through Winston and NASCAR. He's got to remember who got him where he is. It was T. Wayne fighting for him and Junior Johnson and everybody else. Now, he's got Lears (jets) and everything else and thinks he's better
than everybody else. Well he ain't no different from me." (No better then him let's see 7 Winston Cup Championships for Earnhardt 0 for Big Mouth)(Ticia's Comment). Now that everyone knows the situation time for Ticia's Rant.
My My My Jimmy did we have to much Caffeine on the way to the Winston Cup Preview this year? The guy really needs to lighten up a bit now I understand why he is heavy he is full of nothing but hot air. The language he used about and toward Dale Earnhardt really showed what class that Jimmy Spencer has very little if none at all. The remark that he had that Dale Earnhardt is no better then he is HELLO JIMMY DALE EARNHARDT IS A 7 TIME WINSTON CUP CHAMPION AND A NASCAR LEGEND AND HE HELPED TO PAVE THE WAY FOR JERKS LIKE YOURSELF TO TRASH HIM AND RUN YOUR MOUTH! WHAT EXACTLY HAVE YOU ACCOMPLISHED THAT IS SO GREAT BESIDES CRASHING INTO THE WALL AT THE DAYTONA 500 WITH 5 LAPS TO GO? Dale Earnhardt felt that he should issue an apology to the other racers and NASCAR Fans about his not attending the preview. Well Dale here is one fan that you don't need to apologize to and who doesn't blame you one bit for what you did. I have lost any and all respect for Jimmy Spencer not that I had much for him to begin with and I am now boycoting his sponser until he makes a formal apology to Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt's fans. His remarks and his explicit language were both uncalled for and unnecessary but Jimmy has never been known for keeping his mouth shut.
